We’re Nick and Dr. Elaine Stageberg, a husband-and-wife team on a mission to help others achieve financial freedom and create a lasting legacy. As the founders of Black Swan Real Estate, we’ve grown our portfolio to over 1,000 doors and manage more than $375 million in assets under management. We personally manage our entire portfolio through our sister company, Black Swan Living, with a focus on driving operational excellence through vertical integration. Beyond real estate investing, we’re passionate educators and community builders. We’re hosting our event in the heart of downtown Rochester at the Hilton, on a private floor where we’ll teach, dine, and mingle. CANCELLATION POLICY

In-person and virtual registrations are refundable, minus a service fee of 20%, through August 11, 2025.*

In-person registrations can downgrade to the virtual registration through August 11, 2025, without an additional service fee, and will receive a difference in the price at the time of change.

*No cancellations or downgrades are accepted after August 11, 2025. As of this date, registrations are non-refundable.
