CANCELLATION POLICY

In-person and virtual registrations are refundable, minus a service fee of 20%, through August 11, 2025.*

In-person registrations can downgrade to the virtual registration through August 11, 2025, without an additional service fee, and will receive a difference in the price at the time of change.

*No cancellations or downgrades are accepted after August 11, 2025. As of this date, registrations are non-refundable.
