We’re Nick and Dr. Elaine Stageberg, a husband-and-wife team on a mission to help others achieve financial freedom and create a lasting legacy. As the founders of Black Swan Real Estate, we’ve grown our portfolio to over 2500+ doors and manage more than $520 million in assets under management. We personally manage our entire portfolio through our sister company, Black Swan Living, with a focus on driving operational excellence through vertical integration. But what drives us isn’t just numbers—it’s empowering others to take control of their financial futures and build lives of purpose and impact.

Married with a growing family of six children, we know firsthand the joys and challenges of creating a life of meaning, balance, and freedom. Elaine draws on her background as a Mayo Clinic–trained psychiatrist to bring depth, empathy, and insight to everything we do, while Nick’s experience in enterprise technology fuels his love for systems, problem-solving, and innovation. Together, we blend heart and strategy to build a life — and a company — rooted in purpose, growth, and family.
