Cancellation Policy

In-person and virtual registrations are refundable, minus a 20% service fee, through August 9, 2027.* In-person registrations may downgrade to virtual through August 9, 2027 without an additional service fee, with the difference in price refunded at the time of change.

*No cancellations or downgrades are accepted after August 9, 2027. As of this date, registrations are non-refundable.
