Register now and your 2027 ticket is fully refundable, no questions asked, through October 30, 2026. Need to cancel or change your registration type before then? Just email us — no service fee.

After October 30, 2026, the standard cancellation policy below applies.

Cancellation Policy

In-person registrations are refundable, minus a service fee of 20%, through July 9, 2027.

In-person registrations can downgrade to the virtual registration through August 9, 2027, without an additional service fee, and will receive a difference in the price at the time of change.

No cancellations are accepted after August 9, 2027. As of this date, registrations are non-refundable. An in-person ticket can be changed to a virtual ticket through the start of the event.
