Freedom & Legacy Blueprint MD – Minneapolis Event

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to this Freedom & Legacy Blueprint MD event, hosted by Dr. Elaine Stageberg. This event is designed to create a transformational experience in a shared-house setting for a small group of like-minded women committed to personal growth, expansion, and radical freedom.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Shared Lodging & Accommodations
This is an intimate, immersive, community-based retreat experience. Attendees will be staying together in a shared home in Minneapolis, MN.

• Bedrooms, bathrooms, and in some cases, beds, will be shared with other female attendees.
• We ask that all participants come with an open heart and respectful mindset.
• While we cannot guarantee availablity of requested arrangements (sleeping arrangements or otherwise), we will do our best to support your needs.

2. What’s Included
The following are included in your event registration:

• Shared lodging accommodations
• All meals and beverages
• All program materials, supplies, and experiences

Travel to and from the event is not included.

3. Refund Policy
Please note our firm refund policy:

• 40% refund if canceled 120 days or more before the event
• 20% refund if canceled 60 days or more before the event
• No refunds will be issued if canceled within 59 days of the event

With explicit, prior approval from Elaine Stageberg, an attendee may transfer their ticket to another female member of Freedom & Legacy Blueprint MD at face value (no mark-up allowed) and those individuals will be response for handling payment amongst themselves.

4. Media Release
By attending this event, you grant permission for Dr. Elaine Stageberg, Freedom & Legacy Blueprint MD, Black Swan Real Estate, Black Swan Living, and other related or affiliated entities to photograph, video, and record you during the event.

You agree that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, email, and print materials.

5. Voluntary Participation
Participation in all activities is 100% optional. This experience is yours. You are invited—but never obligated—to join in workshops, coaching, reflection exercises, movement practices, and group activities.

You are responsible for your own emotional and physical well-being. If something doesn’t feel aligned, you are empowered to opt out or modify the experience for your comfort.

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By attending this event, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with travel, lodging, physical activities, emotional exercises, or interpersonal dynamics.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless:

• Freedom & Legacy Blueprint MD,
• Black Swan Real Estate,
• and Black Swan Living

from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of participation in the event.

This includes—but is not limited to—any claims for personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, illness, or loss of personal belongings.

If any transportation is offered as part of the event, you participate at your own risk and hold all related parties harmless.

7. Final Agreement
By registering, you confirm that:

You’ve read and understand these Terms and Conditions

You agree to all of the terms outlined above

You’re showing up in full integrity, ready to honor your commitment to yourself and the group
