We’re Nick and Dr. Elaine Stageberg, a husband-and-wife team on a mission to help others achieve financial freedom and create a lasting legacy. We personally manage our entire portfolio through our sister company, Black Swan Living, with a focus on driving operational excellence through vertical integration. But what drives us isn’t just numbers—it’s empowering others to take control of their financial futures and build lives of purpose and impact.
Beyond real estate investing, we’re passionate educators and community builders. Every month, we host the Community Power Hour, a free educational event designed to inspire, teach, and empower real estate investors at all stages of their journey. Sharing our experiences and insights is one of the most fulfilling parts of our work, and we love helping others realize their potential to create freedom and legacy.

In-person and virtual registrations are refundable, minus a service fee of 20%, through August 17, 2026.*In-person registrations can downgrade to the virtual registration through August 17, 2026, without an additional service fee, and will receive a difference in the price at the time of change.*No cancellations or downgrades are accepted after August 17, 2026. As of this date, registrations are non-refundable.
