CANCELLATION POLICY
Through October 30, 2026: every registration is fully refundable, with no service fee. Need to cancel or change your registration type before then? Just email us.
After October 30, 2026: the standard 20% service fee applies. In-person and virtual registrations are refundable, minus a 20% service fee, through July 9, 2027.
In-person registrations can downgrade to the virtual registration through August 9, 2027, without an additional service fee, and will receive the difference in price at the time of change.
No cancellations are accepted after August 9, 2027. As of this date, registrations are non-refundable. An in-person ticket can be changed to a virtual ticket through the start of the event.
